I just attended a wedding that was catered by this company and everything was oh-so-tasty! The BBQ sauce was so good that I could have eaten it on just about anything! The ample smoked morsels of meat made the Caesar salad stand out and stand up next to all of the other flavours on my plate. If you love Mac and Cheese, this is the place to go! The pasta was cooked to perfection (a slight bite, not mushy) and that smoky flavour in the gooey cheesy goodness was amazing. I would have gone for seconds or thirds if there was any space left in my belly! The only thing I can say if you hire this caterer is to give the man a big table! I’m talking about enough room for two trays of everything. He was running and working so hard to keep up with the continuous line of guests. It was impossible to keep the small serving dishes full of everything 100% of the time. Don’t hesitate to hire this company. Your guests will be so appreciative!
